Biscuit (glazing tiles half products) body polishing by using this machine, after the body polishing, it can make the surface of biscuit body dry and smooth, reduce the amount of glaze used after secondary firing or improve the flatness and finish of the surface of the glazed tile.
Product advantage
Using automatic lifting, according to the strength, it can automatically adjust the level of the grinding disc, so that the tiles surface is more flat and smooth.
The output of 300x600mm tiles can reach 32pieces/minute, and the output of 300x450mm tiles can reach 45pieces/minute, saving more than 10gram glaze per piece 300x600mm
