1. Kiln

2. Edge grinding machine, polishing machine

In the early 90s of the 20th century, ceramic enterprises imported a large number of foreign equipment such as presses, kilns, edge grinding machines and polishing machines, and some domestic pottery factories (mainly Koda) began to imitate the production of imported ceramic machine equipment, so this period was born edging machines and polishing machines.

3. Printing machine

Ceramic printing machine is a very important machine in the ceramic production process, and the development of ceramic history is inseparable from the upgrading of ceramic printing machine.

4. Cloth system

After more than ten years of development, the cloth industry has become a pivotal ceramic equipment industry, and the press cloth system is the key to the production of new decors of polished bricks.

It has played a significant role in the development of a series of new products such as large-particle polished bricks, ultra-fine powder polished bricks, and micronized color polished bricks.

In the early days, mainly to imitate foreign products, learn from foreign multi-tube fabric, roller magic color cloth, positive micronized secondary cloth and other technologies, imported polished brick cloth machine equipment accounted for the majority.

After 2003, domestic cloth machines began to embark on the road of independent innovation, improving the replacement of positive micro powder, reverse playing micro powder cloth technology and developing multi-functional, modular roller cloth technology.

From 2003 to 2009, cloth technology declined, and was later replaced by inkjet technology.

5. Inkjet machine and inkjet technology

With the continuous innovation of inkjet technology, the development of domestic ceramic machine equipment is becoming more and more mature, occupying a pivotal position at home and abroad, and the degree of use of inkjet machine has been very popular.

After ten years of technological maturity and explosive development in the past five years, ceramic inkjet machines have been popularized at home and abroad at an unprecedented speed.
